TWICE Marks 10th Anniversary with Sold-Out Japan Tour & New Documentary

Celebrating their 10th anniversary this year, global top girl group TWICE is proving that their bond with fans—and their chart dominance—is stronger than ever. With a massive world tour underway and new records in Japan, the nine-member powerhouse continues to solidify their legendary status.

Golden Success in Japan with ‘Enemy’

TWICE’s success in Japan continues unabated. Their sixth Japanese full-length album, ‘Enemy,’ released on August 27, has officially been certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ), marking over 100,000 units shipped. This achievement comes just three months after their 5th Japanese best-of album, ‘#TWICE5,’ also earned a Gold certification, showcasing their consistent popularity in the market.

A Decade of Dominance: The ‘This is For’ World Tour

Currently on their sixth world tour, ‘THIS IS FOR,’ TWICE recently concluded a monumental dome tour in Japan, drawing an incredible 400,000 fans across four major cities: Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and Tokyo. The concerts featured a stunning 360-degree, fully open stage, creating an immersive experience for the audience, affectionately known as ONCE.

The setlist was a perfect blend of global hits and local favorites. Opening with their 4th album’s title track, ‘This is For,’ the group performed a parade of hits including ‘Strategy,’ ‘SET ME FREE,’ and ‘I CAN’T STOP ME.’ They also thrilled Japanese fans with performances of their new single ‘Enemy’ and other beloved tracks like ‘Hare Hare’ and ‘Like One,’ a B-side for which member Jihyo penned the lyrics.

The Celebration Isn’t Over: A New Film and More Tour Dates

During their final show at the Tokyo Dome, TWICE delivered a heartfelt message, promising fans they would continue to keep their promises and move on to even bigger stages. They then electrified the crowd with two major announcements:

  1. A 10th Anniversary Documentary Film: Titled “TWICE: ONE IN A MILLION,” the special film is scheduled for a worldwide release in October 2025.
  2. More Japan Shows: The group will return for additional Japanese tour dates in the spring of 2026.
